College Ideological and Political Education Community from the Perspective of Internal Governance: Theoretical Interpretation and Construction Path

The modernization of college internal governance contains the construction of the governance value system, where the college ideological and political education community acts as the carrier for this system and becomes the structural element and practical force to promote the modernization. There is a logical relationship between the internal governance and the community construction,including the same goal, the same content and the mutual meaning. This community enjoys rich scientific connotation, which can be understood and explained from two dimensions: the vertical structure of the trinity system framework of "institution-system-strategy" and the horizontal structure of the internal unified subject of "interest-value-responsibility". With the comprehensive advancement of the governance modernization, this community should strive to promote the optimizing and upgrading of the structural system, and the improvement of the basic elements in the governance ability to achieve their own innovative development.
