汉代的亭与邮

学界对汉代的亭、邮的认识存在分歧，笔者根据近年一些新资料认为：（1）汉代的亭并不隶属于乡，其性质是禁盗贼，和掌管民政的乡里不同，和乡是平行关系；（2）邮在西汉时是地方上的文书传送体系中的一种机构，东汉人以为西汉时邮被置取代是没有根据的；（3）汉代的驿，主要指传递文书，信件的驿马，驿成为驿站当在汉以后。
