| 摘 要： | 211工程重点学科建设项目监理模型是项目监理制实施的主要依据,有利于项目监理工作更加直观化、更具有可操作性。借鉴重点学科建设项目生命周期理论,在明确项目监理的的支撑要素、程序与方法的基础上,设计出高校学科建设项目建设监理模型,并提出该模型运行的保障措施,为211工程项目监理制的顺利实施提供一些有益的参考。
