| 摘 要： | 虚拟学习社区是学习从“获得”隐喻向“参与”隐喻转变中的一个重要概念，但是其建设问题却不是一个容易的问题。文章借用活动理论以及Engestr？m的分析框架分析了虚拟学习社区的活动系统，然后在学习群体的建立、组织与分工、文化的塑造以及激励机制等四个方面详细地介绍了虚拟学习社区的建设。

| Abstract: | Virtual learning community is an important concept when learning is changing from acquisition to participation metaphor.But it is difficulty to construct it.The paper uses activity theory and Engestr?m's analysis framework to anlyze the activity system of virtual learning community,and introduces the construction of virtual learning community in four parts. |
