| 摘 要： | 以2007年四川省177个县级行政单位为样本,考察县级政府规模与经济发展水平、常住人口数量、管辖区域面积之间的关系。研究结果表明,经济发展水平、常住人口数量、管辖区域面积三大因素对县级政府规模存在不同程度的影响。因此,在优化县级政府规模过程中,要充分考虑影响县级政府规模的因素,为确立合理的政府规模提供有价值的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the data of 177 county-level administrative units in 2007 in Sichuan for samples,it investigates economic development,population,geography and other factors which affect the size of government. The result shows that economic development,population geography affect the size of government. Thus in optimizing the size of county government,these factors should be considered to establish reasonable government size. |
