| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数理统计、因子分析等研究方法,对我国CUBA篮球运动员职业生涯发展的障碍性因素进行分析,结果表明:影响CUBA篮球运动员职业生涯发展的障碍性因素主要有社会环境因子、竞赛体制因子、文化素养因子和运动水平因子。并对各因子特点进行分析,提出了相应的改革建议,为CUBA运动员的职业生涯设计提供理论参考,促进我国高校篮球运动可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaire,statistics,factor analysis,the factors limiting the CUBA basketball athlete's professional career were analyzed.The results indicated that social environment,competition system,culture trait and sport level were the f for CUBA athlete career design oregoing factors.With analyzing the factor traits,it tabled the relevant reform proposals for CUBA athletes'career design to promote the sustainable development of our college basketball. |
