工程教育认证背景下矿业工程学科发展的思考

矿业工程虽然是内蒙古科技大学的优势学科,但仍然存在专任教师结构不合理、资源分配不均、科学研究和创新能力不足、人才培养滞后且学生缺乏实践能力、学科发展滞后于煤炭科技进步等问题。在以培养学生为主的专业工程教育认证和保持矿业工程学科特色和传统优势背景下,结合煤炭行业企业发展实际,积极探索矿业工程学科发展方向,提出继续加强师资队伍建设工作,进一步优化学院师资结构;教学科学研究并重,努力争取在专业建设上取得新突破;完善实践教学条件,深化实验教学改革。深入思考能源革命背景下学科的发展,明确学科建设目标、内容,优化学科专业结构,整合学科资源,创建一流的煤炭行业特色学科专业,争创一流大学。

Thoughts on the Development of Mining Engineering Discipline under the Background of Engineering Education Certification

Although mining engineering is an advantageous subject of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology,there are still some problems,such as unreasonable structure of full-time teachers,uneven distribution of resources,inadequate scientific research and innovation ability,lagging behind in personnel training and students'lack of practical ability,and lagging behind in discipline development in coal science and technology progress.Under the background of cultivating students-oriented professional engineering education certification and maintaining the characteristics and traditional advantages of mining engineering disciplines,combining with the actual development of coal industry enterprises,actively explore the development direction of mining engineering disciplines,and propose to continue to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,further optimize the structure of teachers,teaching and scientific research in the college.Emphasize and strive for new breakthroughs in professional construction,improve the conditions of practical teaching,and deepen the reform of experimental teaching.Deeply thinking about the development of discipline under the background of energy revolution,defining the goal and content of discipline construction,optimizing the structure of discipline and specialty,integrating discipline resources,creating a first-class specialty with coal industry characteristics,and striving for a first-class university.
