| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情进入常态化防控阶段,高校毕业生顺利就业面临前所未有的冲击。部分学生有着自己清晰的职业生涯规划,能够根据就业形势实时调整,但仍有较多的学生没有及时调整就业观念和心态,对未来求职方向充满着迷茫与困惑。通过对疫情背景下高校毕业生就业形势、就业观念、学习态度和就业心态、合理选择岗位的现状进行分析,提出当前大学生就业观念转变与抉择的思路、对策和建议。

| Abstract: | With the COVID-19 pandemic entering the normal prevention and control stage,it has brought unprecedented impact on the employment situation of college graduates.Some students have their own clear career planning,and can adjust their planning in real time according to the employment situation,but there are still many students who can not adjust their employment concepts and mentality in time,and are full of confusion about the direction of job hunting in the future.Through the analysis of the employment situation,the employment concepts,the learning attitude and the employment mentality of college graduates under the pandemic situation,this paper puts forward some new ideas,countermeasures and suggestions for the change and choice of college students'employment concepts. |
