| 摘 要： | 基于工业工程创新型人才的素质要求,从层次分析法的角度设计三个层次的工业工程创新型人才评价体系。通过调研分析,获得评价体系中各层次评价指标间相对重要性数据,并选择清华大学工业工程系和某个偏重于学术研究的工科系的数据进行对比分析。同时,引入可测指标层、人才矢量以及创新型人才面等概念,说明设计可测量指标以及人才培养激励的原则。
