| 摘 要： | 教师专业化发展是中职学校适应社会经济转型升级的必然要求,也是中职学校改革发展的基本要求。正确把握中职教师专业化发展的科学内涵,加强中职教师专业化发展理论指导和宏观指导,积极营造有利于教师专业化发展环境,大力构建和完善促进教师专业化发展的科学机制,最终以岗位实践、终身学习、课题研究、产教结合为途径推动中职教师专业化发展。
