| 摘 要： | 实现文化公平,既是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,也是其重要条件。我国现阶段的文化公平问题主要是转型时期文化资源配置不平衡和制度安排上的不尽合理造成的,要实现文化公平、构建和谐社会就必须重视教育的功能,发挥政府以及民间力量等方面的作用。

| Abstract: | To achieve cultural fair is not only an important content in building a socialist harmonious society but also an important condition.The problem of China's cultural fair at this stage is mainly caused by the imbalance in the allocation of cultural resources and unreasonable institutional arrangements during the period of transformation.To achieve cultural fair and build a harmonious society,we must attach great importance to the functions of education,government and non-governmental forces,etc. |
