| 摘 要： | 通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法与数理统计法等科研方法,对河南省15所普通高校学生参与休闲体育现状进行综合分析,深入了解河南省普通高校学生参与休闲体育的认知、项目、动机、形式与频率情况,仔细分析影响河南省普通高校学生参与休闲体育的主要因素,以期为河南省普通高校休闲体育更好的发展提供一定的理论参考。 |

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature analysis,interviews,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this study investigates the participating in leisure sports’situation of the students of fifteen colleges in Henan province,and finds out thoroughly the present situation of participating in leisure sports’ cognition,sport,form and frequency of college students in Henan province.The main factors of affecting participating in leisure sports was analyzed carefully and some countermeasures for promotting the more development of college students’ leisure sports were offered. |
