摘    要:锆主要用于硅酸锆、锆化学制品、电熔锆、精密铸造及玻璃耐火材料等五大消费部门中,其中硅酸锆是目前最大的消费部门。由于粗放式的发展,当前锆英砂的应用水平还较为初级,随着国内锆产业的升级和结构调整,锆的消费结构也将随之发生变化。本文通过研究锆英砂的消费现状,综合考虑国家未来政策导向、产业技术发展趋势和替代等因素,对我国锆英砂未来需求进行了系统分析。分析认为:①近年来我国锆英砂需求有所下降,但2015年以后由于我国战略性新兴产业快速发展,锆英砂需求将会有一定的回升;②2015-2025年锆英砂的消费结构也将发生较大变化,其在锆化学制品行业中的用量将超过陶瓷行业中的用量成为第一消费部门;③2015-2025年由于较多锆矿山面临资源枯竭,全球锆英砂将在保持一段时间的供过于求之后出现供不应求;而我国锆英砂资源有限,未来长期依赖进口的局面不会改变,国内相关企业应积极参与海外锆英砂资源的开发,以保障我国锆英砂资源供应。

Abstract:Zirconium is mainly used in architectural ceramics, zirconium chemical products, fused zirconium oxide, precision casting, and fireproofing materials; architectural ceramics are the biggest consumer. Due to the extensive economy the current method of zirconium utilization is at a preliminary level. The pattern of zircon resource consumption would be upgraded after advancement of the zirconium industry and success of industrial restructuring. This study is based on recent information regarding the consumption of zirconium. Important factors like public policies and foreseeable technological improvements, including potential substitutions, were considered in our analysis. We found that while total consumption of zirconium declines, the demand of zircon sand will rise because of the high-speed development of strategic emerging industries in China. The pattern of zircon resource consumption will change significantly, and the zirconium chemicals producing industry will take over the role of architectural ceramics to become the biggest consumer, followed by the precision casting industry. The supply of global zircon sand may fall short of demand. Zircon sand is limited in China and the dependence on importing this mineral will not change in the future. Domestic corporations should actively take part in the exploitation of overseas zircon sand resources in order to guarantee China's supply of zircon sand.
