| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法对我国现代体育概念的研究进行了回顾，将我国现代体育概念的发展分为了四个阶段。对四个不同阶段的研究进行分析，体育的本质产生并决定体育的概念，社会的发展赋予了体育更多的内容，体育的本质功能也将得到更全面深入的发展。
