| 摘 要： | 引入一般复杂系统的分析工具NK模型对组织模块性结构进行了创新性定义和分析,可实现管理组织动态能力在适应度地形图上的程序仿真模拟,为组织结构模块化理论提供了新的研究视角和发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces NK mode,l which is an common analytic tool of general complex system,to define and analyze modular organizational structure in a new perspective.Based on the model,the dynamic capabilities of organization can be programmed and simulated on the fitness landscape to reveal the functions of modularity.In this sense,it has directed a new future developing trend of the modular theory of organizational structure. |
