| 摘 要： | 现代终身教育是在20世纪60年代出现的一种教育思潮，对世界教育改革产生了重要的影响。在当代社会、经济、科技发展和教师教育终身化趋势的大背景下，我国的高等师范教育只有调整师范教育的培养目标、优化课程体系、建立教师职前培养和职后培训一体化的教师教育模式，进行相应的改革，才能适应国际教师教育改革的大趋势。

| Abstract: | The ideology of life-long education emerged in the 1960's and it has great imparts on the reform of the world education With the development of the society,economy,science and teachnology and the trend of life-long teacher education,only by adjusting its training goals,improving its curriculum system,establishing an orange education model to foster the pre-service teacher and train the in-service teacher and making some related reforms,can the higher normal education of our country be adapted to the reform of teacher education in the world |
