| Abstract: | this paper introduce not only the definitionsspecialies and vitues of the trade financelease but also the differences from the traditional credit operation. The purpose is that making more and more enterprisers and bankers know the trade finance,lease and pay attention to them,so as to resolve the mini-sized or medium-sized corporation's credit difficulties and enhance their benifites. |
