摘    要:目的:对20名青春期女子自行车运动员进行膳食调查及贫血指标检测,旨在分析运动员营养摄入状况、贫血发生及两者的内在联系。方法:采用膳食回顾调查及营养软件分析运动员一周膳食营养摄入,并利用血细胞分析仪进行红细胞及血红蛋白分析。结果:全部运动员的血红蛋白均低于120g/L,平均每日膳食纤维、维生素A、B1、B2、C、PP以及钾、钙、锌、镁、铁摄入量均显著低于推荐量,且每日摄入镁越少的运动员血红蛋白值越低。结论:本研究中的青春期女子自行车运动员处于贫血及微量营养素摄入不足状态;研究结果提示应注意镁摄入不足在运动性贫血发生中的作用。

Abstract:Purpose: This study made diet survey and anemia index test on 20 adolescent female cyclists in order to evaluate the cyclists' nutrition intake and anemia and their relationship. Method: Dietary intake was assessed by using a 7-day food record. Blood red cell and haemoglobin of the subjects were assessed by using blood cell analyzer. Results: The blood haemoglobin of the subjects were below 120 g/L. The cyclists fell short of meeting the RDA values for vitamins A, B1, B2, C, PP and potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium and iron. Moreover, the adolescents with less magnesium intake had lower blood haemoglobin. Conclusion: That subjects in the current study are in anemia and micronutrients deficiency. In addition, the inadequate magnesium intake might play a role in sports anemia.
