| 摘 要： | 对江苏省淮安市农村成人教育水平的调查分析表明,目前农村成人教育基础薄弱,农村经济的发展主体———农民整体素质低下,受教育水平不高。因此必须采取相应措施,将成人教育纳入终身教育体系,切实提高农村劳动力的整体素质,这是促进农村经济发展的当务之急。
