国有企业劳动关系存在的问题与对策

摘    要:我国国有企业劳动关系在发展过程中遇到许多问题的困扰,如企业下岗职工难以解除劳动关系,劳动力市场的发展和劳动力价值决定机制不规范,社会保障体制改革缓慢,劳动立法滞后和执法不严等等。因此,完善我国的劳动关系必须转变劳动观念,加强劳动法规建设,深化社会保障制度改革,加快劳动力市场的建设。

Abstract:Labour Relations in our country 's State owned enterprises have been complicated by many problems in their development : the difficulty of enterprises terminating ties with the laid off workers, the irregularity of the system concerning the labour market development and the labour forces value, the slow pace in the reform on the social insurance, the late coming legislative for labour relations, the unstrict enforcement, and so on. Therefore in order to improve the labour relations, the idea of labour must be changed, social insurance reform must be deepened, and the construction of labour forces market must be quickened.
