Labour Relations in our country 's State owned enterprises have been complicated by many problems in their development : the difficulty of enterprises terminating ties with the laid off workers, the irregularity of the system concerning the labour market development and the labour forces value, the slow pace in the reform on the social insurance, the late coming legislative for labour relations, the unstrict enforcement, and so on. Therefore in order to improve the labour relations, the idea of labour must be changed, social insurance reform must be deepened, and the construction of labour forces market must be quickened.
