摘    要:教师专业化发展是教师在专业信念、专业知识、专业能力、专业情谊等方面不断更新、演进和完善的过程。本文通过对陕西省蒲城县农村教师专业化发展的调研,发现农村教师专业化发展面临诸多困境,并试图对这些困境进行梳理进而找出破解之策,以期提高农村教师队伍整体素质。

Abstract:Teachers' professional development is a process for teachers to renew,evolve and improve themselves continuously in the different aspects of professional beliefs,knowledge,ability and friendship.This article explores the difficulties,which the rural teachers face with in their professional development,on the base of the investigation of the rural teachers' professional development in Pu Cheng county,Shaanxi.It also tries to find out the decipherments after combing the dilemma so as to enhance the overall quality of rural teachers.
