幼儿教师工作压力源及对高职学前师资“研训做一体化”的启示

摘    要:目前,职业院校学前师资的培养普遍存在"研训分离"、"研做分离"和"训做分离"的问题。研究发现,幼儿教师存在不同程度的工作压力,压力源按比例由高至低依次为:来自社会的压力、工作的压力、幼儿的压力、家长的压力、人际关系、家庭的压力、其他方面的压力、自身的压力。建议高职院校学前师资通过个体、社会和幼儿园等多途径的有效结合,实现"研训做一体化"的教师专业成长模式建构,从而综合性地解决幼儿教师压力问题。

Abstract:at: At present,the seperation of research and training,research and practice and training and practice exists in preschool teachers’ development.Research shows that preschool teachers have work stress in various degrees.According to the proportion from high to low the stress is from society,work pressure,children’s pressure,parental pressure,interpersonal relationship,family pressure,other aspects of the pressure and themselves.This paper advises to reduce the stress of kindergarten teachers in higher vocational colleges in many ways of individual,society and effective combination to realize the implementation of integration mode of training and research and practice as their professional growth model.
