摘    要:本实验对训练动物予以类固醇药物,发现其肌力增强,但工作时间缩短,肌肉断裂强度和能量吸收无改变。胫骨、跟腱、屈趾肌腱和膝内侧副韧带的某些生物力学特性受到不同程度的影响,使其在激烈运动中易于受伤。

Abstract:In this study,rabbits were put in an electic cage with high voltage stimulation, which made the rabbits jump and run for 360 times daily. Along with exercie, anabolic steroids (AS)were used in part of the exercising animals. After 21 days of intensive exercise,the contractility of tibialis anterior muscle increased,but the failure load of the muscle unchanged and the contractile time decreased. Some of the biomechanical properties of tibia. achilles ligament of knee improved insignificantly in AS group of animals.
