摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定黔东南黄平县野生松木茵中微量元素含量.结果表明,营养元素Fe、zn、Cu、Mn、Mg、Ca含量较高,然而重金属元素Ni、Cd、Cr、Pb未检出.分析认为,松木茵属于原生态绿色野生食用菌.

Abstract:The contents of trace elements of pine mushroom from Huangping County in Qiandongnan, were studied by FAAS. The results showed that the contents of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mg and Ca were relatively high, but the contents of Ni, Cd, Cr and Pb were under the detection limit. The analysis indicated that Pine mushroom was raw living, wild and green edible mushrooms.
