| 摘 要： | 刀具半径补偿指令是加工中心和数控铣床上一个常用的应用指令，但要应用好该指令，必须理解其工作原理和掌握其应用技巧。该文介绍刀具半径的补偿原理。并以铣加工外轮廓为例，详细分析了刀具半径补偿指令在数控铣床编程中的使用技巧。

| Abstract: | The tool radius compensation instruction is widely used in the processing center and sum controlling milling machine.To apply this instruction well, one must understand his work principle and the control application skills.The principle of the compensation for tool diameter is discussed in this paper.Also,the skills of applying instructions compensating for tool diameter in the process of milling profiles is presented in detail. |
