Grasp Tightly the Opportunity of the Beijing Olympic Games to Promote the Development of the Construction of Our Sports Law System

Olympic games is not only a huge and complicated systemic project, but also a rigorous and normative system, which provides the Beijing Olympic games a law-abiding mode, moreover, it will advance the the development of the construction of our sport law system. The thesis explains various influences and effects to the construction of our sport law system in the following aspects: the internal associative demand of the Olympic games and nomocracy, the proposition of human rights of Olympic games, the sports pattern resulted from the Beijing Olympic games, the systemic operation of Beijing Olympic games, the disposal mechanism of the interference during the Olympic games, the transmission of the culture of the Olympic games.
