| 摘 要： | 公平与效率是高等体育院校教育成本补偿过程中所要实现的基本目标。为此,基于体育院校教育公平与效率的分析,并结合体育院校教育成本构成要素,从四个方面建立完善兼顾公平与效率的体育院校教育成本补偿机制,促进我国高等体育院校教育稳定、可持续的发展。

| Abstract: | Equity and efficiency are the basic objectives which the costs of higher education sports colleges in the compensation process to achieve .Based on the analysis of equity and efficiency of sports colleges and combined physical elements of the colleges ’ education cost , we should establish a fair and efficient school education cost compensation mechanism from four parts to promote the education development of our sports colleges stability and sustainable . |
