社会转型期下高校体育教学的改革与创新研究

当前,随着素质教育在我国各高校中落实,使得高校在学生的身心健康方面有了更高的重视,以健康为核心的体育教学理念随之产生。笔者根据自身工作经验,首先指出了现代高校体育教学中存在的问题,其次,对现代高校体育教学的改革与创新进行了一番分析。

Research on College Physical Education Reform and Innovation under the Social Transformation

At present , with the implementation of quality education in our universities , making the university have higher emphasis on students ’ physical and mental health , physical health as the core teaching philosophy fol-low.Based on the work experience , the author first pointed out the modern university sports teaching problems , and secondly , made analysis on the reform and innovation of modern college sports teaching .
