| Abstract: | The science and technology innovation in universities takes an important part of national innovation system, and it drives the society and economy development more rapidly. It reviews the historical condition of science and technology innovation in China universities based on the academic research, and studies its functional positioning in society and economy development according to objective needs of the society and economy development and special conditions of our country. |
