| 摘 要： | 随着人们对终身体育意识的逐步重视,太极拳运动作为一项传统的体育项目正受到越来越多的人的青睐。文章运用文献资料法,从太极拳运动自身的特点,对人体免疫系统中T淋巴细胞及其亚群进行了初步探讨,旨在推进太极拳运动的大众化,为人体健康的绿色运动方式提供实践依据

| Abstract: | With people paying more attention to the lifelong sport conciousness, Taijiquan, as one of the traditional sport items, is getting more and more people's love. This paper, based on the document materials study, relating the special points of Taijiquan Sport, probes into health care functions of People'cardiovascular system, to popularize the Taijiquan Sport and provides the practice basis as the green sports method of human body health. |
