| 摘 要： | 毕业生就业工作不仅事关国家振兴、社会稳定，关系到学生、家庭和人民群众的利益，而且也关系到学校发展。因此作为高等学校，要重视毕业生的就业工作，要建立一支职业化、专业化、高素质的就业指导队伍，同时要加强毕业生就业指导和毕业生的就业服务等工作。
