| 摘 要： | 课堂教学文化的改革是教学改革的核心,传统的课堂教学文化具有专制化的特点,因此需要在批判的基础上重构民主平等、开拓创新、多元互动的课堂教学文化。第一,超越工具理性的窠臼,回归主体",以人为本"是新型教学文化的内核;第二,摒弃独白式的教学,积极对话,"我—你"是新型教学文化生成的路径;第三,摆脱一元思维,寻求多元,"多向度的人"是新型教学文化的目标。
