| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外有关导师与研究生关系文献的梳理,大致总结了国内外学者对导师与研究生关系的本质、类型、影响因素、存在的问题及改进师生关系对策等方面的研究成果;指出目前中国在该项研究上的不足,为相关研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of the studies on the relationship between tutor and graduate student at home and abroad,the author summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars generally to the relationship's nature,type,influence factors,problems and countermeasures to improve relations between tutors and students;etc.At present are pointed out in the study of China,and provide reference for relevant studies. |
