论太极拳文化中的人文精神

太极拳文化是古老的也是优秀的,人文精神的开发与提倡是现代社会发展不可或缺的,然而,研究太极拳文化中人文精神的文章却是非常稀少的。文章运用文献资料研究法、逻辑归纳法、对比分析法,对太极拳文化中"天人合一""、中正之道"、"和谐之道"的文化内涵与人文精神的文化内涵进行了对比、分析、归纳和总结,较深入地阐释了太极拳文化中"天人合一"的人文精神,"中正之道"的人文精神和"和谐之道"的人文精神。
