| 摘 要： | 文章在查阅、搜集有关资料的基础上,采用社会调查法,对临汾市尧都区太极拳活动的现状进行调查分析,结果表明:尧都区太极拳健身活动有广泛的群众基础,也存在锻炼者学习或工作太累、没有时间锻炼、不懂得如何锻炼等问题。针对这些问题,提出相应的发展建议,为尧都区太极拳的深入开展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on gathering data and using the way of social investigation,I studied the present situation of Shadow boxing activities in Yaodu area of Linfen.The result of data analysis shows: there're a number of people who are fond of this movement or want to learn it,some of them are practicing it.But some of trainee will be exhausted after training,some of them have no time to do it,and the others even don't know how to practice it.So,to solve these problems,I'll show some suggestions to develop the spread of Shadow boxing. |
