| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校建设和应用型人才培养需要拓宽人才培养资源,企业需要与高等院校加强合作,借助高校智力资源提高企业创新能力、提升企业竞争力。安徽科技学院是应用型高校建设示范校,以安徽科技学院为例,通过对应用型本科高校实验室建设和企业参与实验室建设的研究,探索校企共建实验室的建设模式和运行方式,并分析校企共建实验室对应用型人才培养的作用。
