政策法规视域下体育职业学院运动员文化教育的思考

搞好运动员的文化教育是促进我国竞技体育可持续发展的需要,是贯彻以人为本原则的需要。体育职业学院在运动员文化教育中扮演的角色特殊且发挥的作用举足轻重。当前体育职业学院文化教育面临的最大问题是运动员学习动力不足,其原因主要有运动员学生的特殊性、运动员学生价值追求的单一性、运动员学生职业取向与学校课程设置的低吻合性以及教师队伍建设的欠缺性。如何改进体育职业学院运动员的文化教育,其根本在于以政策法规为依据,切实做到落实一个文件、明晰一个概念、把握一个前提、抓住一个关键和创新一个模式。

The Consideration of the Culture Education for Athletes in Professional Sport Colleges under Policy Regulations

The connotation of culture education is quite abundant. The well implementation of the culture education for athletes is necessary not only for the sustainable development of our country＇s competitive sports but also for implementing the principle of people oriented. Professional sport colleges play a special and critical role in the culture education for athletes. At present,the biggest issue in the culture education for athletes is that they lack of motivations in studying. The main causes include the particularity of athlete students,the monotonicity of their value pursuit,the inconsistent between their career orientation and the arrangement of college curriculum and the insufficiency of the construction of teacher＇s team. In order to further improve the culture education for athletes in sport colleges,we should be under the instruction of policy regulations,effectively implement a document,clarify a concept,grasp a premise,seize a key and create a new mode.
