| 摘 要： | 基于结构功能主义＂整体＂与＂部分＂、＂结构＂与＂功能＂的分析视角,大学的核心功能在于人才培养,科学研究、社会服务、文化引领则是其拓展功能,大学功能拓展要与内部结构调整并行,在结构调整时,要优先考虑核心功能的实现。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the core and expanding functions of Chinese universities from the perspective of ＂whole＂and ＂part＂, ＂structure＂and ＂function＂in structural functionalism.The authors note that the expansion of functions should correspond with the adjustment of structures.Realization of core functions should be prioritized while the structures are being adjusted. |
