师生角色互换对促进女大学生心理健康的研究

摘    要:本研究采用师生角色互换的教学组织形式进行实验,采用心理卫生调查问卷SCL—90,对实验进行心理健康状况调查。结果表明,师生角色互换的教学组织形式可激发女大学生参加体育活动的热情与积极主动性,实验的若干心理健康因子水平得到明显的提高,使体育课达到既健身又健心的目的。

Abstract:By the experiment of adapting a new ways of teaching organization that teacher and students exchange roles through mental questionnaire SCL-90,an investigation is made about the students' mental health,which showed that this new way of teaching organization can increase female college students' enthusiasm and activity to take past in sports, these students mental health level were apparently increased So it ensured that the function of PE class to strengthen physical health and mental health is achieved
