| 摘 要： | 文章研究了黄粉虫乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）的体躯分布和纯化方法技术。结果表明：黄粉虫幼虫和成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性均集中在头部和胸部,腹部的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著低于头部和胸部。成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性明显高于幼虫。通过Sepharose4B和SephadexG-200纯化后,AChE的最高纯化倍数是3.86和18.84倍。

| Abstract: | Distribution and purification of acetylcholinesterase were,investigated in Tenebrio molitor L.The results showed that specific activity of AChE in adults was higher than in larvae.AChE in adults and in larvage were mostly in the head and the thorax.AChE activity in the abdomen was lower than in the head and the thorax.Nineteen times of the purified factors AChE activities were obtained by SephadexG-200,but only four times by Sepharose 4B in column chromatography. |
