高职院校青年教师职业生涯规划管理探讨

随着高职教育办学规模的迅速扩大,青年教师逐渐成为高职院校教师队伍的主力军。正确引领青年教师实施科学有效的职业生涯规划,对教师个人职业发展和学校个性化人力资源管理都具有十分重要的意义。文章在有针对性地分析教师职业生涯规划影响因素的基础上,对加强高职院校青年教师职业生涯规划管理提出了若干建设性建议。

Disccusion on the Career Planning Management of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the expansion of the higher vocational colleges’ running scale,young teachers have gradually become the main force of the teaching staff.Therefore,it’s very important for teachers’ individual career development and colleges’ personalized human resource management to guide young teachers to make scientific and effective career planning.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of teachers’ career planning,the paper puts forward some constructive suggestions to improve the career planning management of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
