企业文化与组合创新的关系研究

摘    要:在全球市场竞争日益残酷激烈和国内经济环境复杂多变的环境下,如何有效进行技术创新获得竞争优势成为企业关心的核心问题。文化作为维持竞争优势的一个源泉,对技术创新方式有着重要的影响作用。本文在借鉴前人的研究基础上,主要研究四种不同类型的文化:官僚型文化、支持型文化、革新型文化和效率型文化对于组合创新中所包含的自主创新和合作创新的不同影响。研究证实了具有不同类型企业文化的组织进行企业技术创新活动时选择创新的方式会有所不同。这些命题的提出对企业更好的选择创新方式提供了帮助,并且丰富了技术创新的理论研究。认为只有结合组织的文化正确地选择创新方式,才能更好的促进企业的创新能力,在市场竞争中增强企业的核心竞争能力。

Abstract:Under the background of the hotly global competition and domestic economic change,how to control technology innovation obtain competitive advantage is becomes corporation concern important question.As a source of sustaining competitive advantage,culture has great impression on the style of technology innovation.Based on the previous research,this paper mainly studies the effect of bureaucratic organizational culture,supportive organizational culture, innovative organizational culture and effective organizational culture on two different types of technology innovation:self-innovation and cooperate innovation.This paper verifies that the organization with different culture will select different kinds of technology innovation style.Such proposals will give help to a good selection of innovation style by enterprises and contribute to the theoretic research of technology innovation.Enterprises can only enhance their innovative capability and improve their core competitiveness by correctly selecting the innovation style,which should consistent with their own organization culture.
