| 摘 要： | 我国西部地区面积广阔、资源丰富,但实际的生态系统脆弱而又敏感,加强西部地区生态环境保护,不仅对当地社会经济发展具有重要意义,而且在我国生态环境保护中具有重要战略地位。文章从西部地区生态环境立法的成就与不足入手,论述了西部地区生态法制建设应当遵循的原则和制定法律的基本思路。

On Ecological Environmental Legislation in Western Region |

| Abstract: | China's western region covers a vast area,and has much rich resources.But the ecosystem is fragile and sensitive.To strengthen ecological and environmental protection,not only has a great significance for the local socio-economic development,but has an important strategic position on ecological and environmental protection in our country.This article,beginning with the achievements and insufficiency of the ecological environmental legislation of the western region,discusses the ecological principles and the basic ideas by which making law should be guided. |
