摘    要:从体育落实素质教育的高度来认识,体育教学的效益是直接关系到学生的身心 完善和健康发展的,要提高体育教学的效益,改善教学环境,消除“过度教学”现象是当 务之急。现行体育教学“过度教学”现象主要有3种情形,即:(1)体育课中内容上的“过 度教学”现象;(2)过多的动作技术环节教学;(3)不恰当的批评和赞赏。本文针对体育 教学“过度教学”现象提出了相应的消除对策。

Abstract:From the viewpoint of quality education, the efficiency of P. E. teaching is crucial to the perfection of students' body and mind and their healthy development. To raise the efficiency of P. E. teaching and improve teaching environments, It's our task of top priority to eliminate "excessive teaching" in P.E. courses, which refers to: (l) overloaded teaching contents; (2) undue teaching of sports teachniques and skills; (3) improper criticism and Praise. Some measures are suggested to solve these problems.
