| 摘 要： | 大量事实证明，当前大学生拥有现代化信息手段的比例增长，大学生上网的总体情况应予肯定，但同时也存在着不可忽视的消极因素和负面影响。从学校教育、社会环境和学生自身的角度来看，有针对性地采取一些相应的措施，进行有效的网络治理的教育是很有必要的。

| Abstract: | Lots of facts show that more and more of the college undergraduates are at access to the modern media of the internet. It is true that internet does good to them, but the negative effect of the internet cannot be ignored. Therefore, this paper discusses the joint function of the attempts of school education, social factors, and the students themselves for the good the students in the long run. |
