| 摘 要： | 啦啦操符合大学生青春形象。高校体育课开设啦啦操运动项目能够促进大学生身心健康和社会适应能力,对培养大学生终身体育意识,丰富校园文化生活有积极意义。啦啦操深受大学生喜爱,同时也得到了社会的普遍关注与赞同,高校拥有开展啦啦操运动的师资队伍,校园文化活动更是为啦啦操运动队提供了展示的舞台。目前,高校已经成为我国开展啦啦操运动的主要场所。
