摘    要:中小学教师培训工作和中小学教育教学工作一样,都是要建立在一定的知识观基础上。在新的知识观视阈下,教师的实践知识至关重要。教师实践知识的内涵、特征及形成策略,是教师培训及教师自主设计专业发展计划必须首先明确的问题。
