| 摘 要： | 保山学院珠宝学院学生整体所呈现出的个性特征，这与应用型人才专业的特性、学生人文修养缺失及教庭教育息息相关。结合学校转型发展和珠宝学院的实际，从工作室制的推行，秉承“以学生为本”，帮助学生自我管理三方面对应用型专业学生教育管理工作提出对策思考。
