民办高职院校专任教师队伍的量化分析

摘    要:教师队伍的建设是学校最重要的教学基本建设。专任教师队伍的数量是教师队伍质量建设的基础。根据国家有关政策文件规定和一般高职院校的学生与专业规模以及人才培养方案,分别定量计算了民办高职院校和一般高职院校专任教师队伍的总数量、专业及主要课程的专任教师数量,为民办高职院校和一般高职院校专任教师队伍的建设提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The construction of teachers is the most important basic construction of a school. The number of full-time teachers is the foundation of the quality of teachers’ team construction. In this paper, according to the national related policy documents and general students in higher vocational colleges and professional as well as the talent training scheme, the quantitative calculation of the higher vocational colleges run by the local and general, the total number of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, the number of full-time teachers and main course for higher vocational colleges run by the local and general construction of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges to provide an important basis.
