| 摘 要： | 实行同级医疗机构检查结果互认，对合理利用医疗卫生资源，降低就医成本具有重要意义。县域医院是我国医疗卫生体系的重要基础，其医学检验结果互认体系要与医疗机构分布和服务对象就诊特点相适应。研究认为，县域医院间检查结果互认要适应双向转诊服务模式。确定互认医疗机构应结合地域医疗机构分布特点，可以在同一医学检验质量评价平台上，构建县级医学检验结果互认体系，合理选择互认项目，让百姓从中享受更大便利和实惠。

| Abstract: | The implementation of mutual recognition of test results in equative medical institutions has the vital significance to use medical resources and reduce medical cost. County hospital is the important foundation of China’ s medical and health system, the mutual recognition system of medical test results should adapt to the distribution of the medical institutions and medical service object characteristics. Research thinks, the mutual recognition system of medical test results should adapt to two-way referral serv-ice model;determining the recognition of medical institutions should be combined with regional medical distribution characteristics. The construction of the medical test results recognition system can be in the same medical laboratory quality evaluation platform, rea-sonably choose mutual recognition projects to let the people enjoy more convenience and material benefits. |
